1. Use of Website

2. Quotations & Estimates

Prices, package rates and specifications shown on the website are indicative. A final quotation is shared only after a site visit and is valid for the period mentioned in it. Rates may change due to material price changes, design changes or site conditions.

3. Project Agreement

Every construction or interior project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, specifications, timeline and payment schedule. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement prevails.

4. Payments

Payments are made in stages as defined in the project agreement. Work may be paused if a scheduled payment is delayed. Additional work or upgrades requested by the client are billed separately after approval.

5. Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects on time. Delays caused by weather, approvals, material shortages, client-requested changes or events beyond our control may extend the timeline.

6. Approvals & Permissions

Unless stated in the agreement, government approvals, statutory fees and utility connection deposits are the client's responsibility. We are happy to guide you through the process.

7. Warranty

Warranty on workmanship and materials is as specified in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to branded products and fittings.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, images, logos and text on this website belong to Ramgee and may not be reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ramgee is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any project is limited to the terms of the signed agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
