Yes. The per sq.ft rate in your signed agreement stays fixed for the listed specifications. Any change you request is quoted separately before work starts.

02 What is not included in the package?

Approval fees, EB and water connection deposits, compound wall, sump and septic tank are quoted separately based on your site. You can estimate them with the calculator above.

03 How are payments made?

Payments are linked to construction milestones such as foundation, roof slab, brickwork and finishing, so you only pay for work completed.

04 Can I upgrade a few items?

Yes. You can upgrade individual items like flooring, fittings or doors and pay only the difference.
